I’m back!

Thanks for sticking around throughout my one week absence!

It turns out a week feels a lot longer than it sounds.

In truth, I’m torn between being sad that it has all come to an end and being happy that I’m home. I’ll admit there were times when I was so ready to crawl back into my own bed in the comfort of my own home, but I miss the trip already! 

Much happened over the course of the trip, but it’s all jumbled around in my head at the moment. I think I need to relax a bit and take in the goodness of being back home before I can recount my experience for memory’s sake.

Inhale, exhale. I suppose it’s time to return to my responsibilities. It feels as if this is the eve of summer’s end already. I have a lot of work ahead of me.
